It was last friday, November 20, 2009.
There was no treat for office mates actually, cuz I was having a cake for my friends by that evening.
But then, when my Indo boss found out, he treated us all! hehehehe.. thanks, Pak! ^_^
It was a bright day trough rainy days, thank You, Lord!
My boyfriend came home from Bandung, and went straight to Plaza Semanggi to take the cake from Bakers' Town. I told them, it's Sierra, India, November, Delta, Yengki. But when we opened the box, naahhhhhhh... it's "Happy Birthday Cindy" gawsshhh!! I just hate it when my name is mispelled, it's just so not me! And there was another "Cindy" around, I told her "hey, it's you". Haha.. hikz...
My choir mates had worship together, invited our young pastor and his wife. It was held at ADRA room.
The MC conducted the worship, but before the sermon, he asked my friends to say stuff about me.
Then it came to my turn to give testimony. I wasn't planning to say all those words that I spoke, and I cried! I was surprised myself. It was what I went trough this year, things that went as planned and things that went out of my plan, but yet, it was all God's best in the end.
Other friends were still coming...
Blew my 24 candles, cut the cake. It's a "Best Ever Chocolate", thin cake, with thick chocolate layers! Wheeww!!
I went for the paper plates, fork, juices and softdrinks at Gelael before the vesper.
I went for soto with rice too. Ehe..
Got stuff in order of time received:
- Moren (Momo) : My university friend. She came from Manado for the weekend vacation only. She gave me a black sunglasses with pink color inside the frame. thanks, Mo...
- My boyfriend : A white "Simplicity" dress with black cloth belt like obi. My last year birthday present from him was another white dress. He is into simple dresses, where the word "simple" is translated as "average" in my fashion dictionary. But yet, what he got me is/are actually more expensive that those "unique", "not-ordinary" dresses I own. Haha..
Owh, he bought me the cake too!! Thanks a lot, sayang! You're so kind!
And what he gave me are not seasonal dresses like most of mine are (I know, I should start to own dresses and stuff that is not seasonal. Slowly.. hee.. but! sure..!) ^_^ (I wish I have a younger teenage sister!).
The dress just fits me so well! ^__^
- Wanda : mmm... I don't know what to call it *thinking* well, it's like something you hang on the wall, with a cross shape with Moses' story (is it?) carved on it. And a pink birthday card with a cute piggy on the cover.

- Cindy : A birthday card like the ones my family used to receive from our relatives at USA during christmas when I was a kid, a card that has music in it, it plays a "Happy Birthday To You", it's pink with Mickey Mouse pictures. Thank you, Ndy...
- Kak Agnes (just this morning) : She dropped by to give me a batik skirt. Thanks Sissy!

Birthday review?
*think a while*
-Went home this year to Manado.
-My Dad remarry.
-Getting better with my boyfriend: more understandings, more mature, know more what we each likes and dislikes.
-Learn saving money, little by little. (Small or big amout, it still called "saving money" ayt?! hehe..)
-I can afford myself fully.
-Lots of lesson-learned by experience.
-God has been so good to me as always.
